1. How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?
For pre-designed products, orders will be printed/engraved and prepared to ship within 3 business days. Most orders are ready to ship within 1 business day.
For custom apparel, custom woodworking, and personalized items like gavels, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping due to the customization process.
Bulk orders will have varying preparation time and will be provided a quote depending on quantities.
Standard Shipping timeframes after package is ready to ship is 3 to 8 business days. We ship to all 50 United States via USPS and EVERY SHIPMENT COMES WITH TRACKING,
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $50.00 within the USA. Free Shipping Policy revised 3/1/2024.
3. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, are non-returnable. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.
4. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at bigfootbigheartstudio@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. Can I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with the new purchase.
6. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds for eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
